I hate veggies, I would much rather have oreos or mint chip ice cream. The only problem is when I eat oreos, for instance, I feel crappy and have a bad mood. I usually breakout and have sleeping issues. When I eat my veggies I feel better, I have more energy, my skin looks better, and I sleep great. Listen to mom, eat your veggies!
I don’t even like taking the time to chop and slice and prepare my vegetables, but this is so easy it’s silly.
- a handful of spinach
- several carrots
- an apple
- half of a red bell pepper
Throw it in your juicer or use your blender and if you don’t want the pulp, filter it out with a sieve.
